"Very poor service. MA didn’t take good admission notes, MD didn’t even look at previous visits/ notes. I had to explain multiple times my complaint and it was never addressed. I was told to be seen by a more qualified specialist in a different office 3 weeks later… meanwhile, I suffer. What a terrible experience!!!!"
"I left an appt with Dr. Russell feeling worse than I did when I walked in. She's not great at explaining anything - the procedure she attempted to do or the prescriptions she gave and I like to think I'm fairly intelligent. Maybe it was a bad day or an the end of the day but either way, I did not appreciate her approach and I won't be back."

"I want to start by saying the doctor here has a great demeanor and bedside manner. Aside from that, my experience was poor. I was quoted $21 for a hearing test, which I signed off on and verbally agreed to. When I went to check out, the lady told me I owe $104. I stated that I was quoted something different so she went and got the nurse. The nurse then informs me that she was accidentally in another patients file and mis-quoted and there was nothing she could do, I had to pay the higher price and they couldn’t give me the option to bill me because I was a new patient. Insane."
