"I ordered a sleep test on 1/13/24 which given the weekend and holiday, my order was to be shipped on 1/16/24. It is 1/25/24 and my test is still in pre-transit from USPS and has not shipped. I understand delays when shipping but I don’t understand why it hasn’t even shipped from the company yet."

"These guys are unbelievable! I was paying exorbitant amount (even with insurance coverage!!) for my CPAP and CPAP parts, and they made me such good deals, I thought their pricing was a mistake! And the customer service is absolutely exceptional! The person I dealt with helped me find a mask that worked so much better than the mask I was originally told to use, that I am now getting a good 4-5 hours A NIGHT more than the 3-4 I was getting before!! Thanks CPAP My Way!! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"Paid 230 dollars for at home sleep study called back after results and was given prices for only cpap machines not an alternative then asked if I would be receiving a prescription for one and was informed it would be an additional 99 dollars for the prescription, rip off total waste of my time and money make an appointment with your local pulmonary doctor don't waste your time. Update, the company reached out and tried to give me the prescription free of charge (which should have been done to begin with) to remove this review. Id rather go see a real doc and leave this up so others wont be scammed. Total Scam!"

"Owner/operator of the Business and YouTube channel is tremendous. I am new to CPAP, have excellent insurance and still opted to pay for the sleep test and machine out of pocket based solely on the information found/provided on their YouTube channel. The interaction with the staff has been mostly positive with some exceptions. If you have to call in Alex is awesome, he took time to find out a issue I was having with the current mask I purchased and thoughtfully recommended one that he thought would work better. Overall great company and experience."
