"I am appalled by the customer service and information given by this partnership.I'm new to the area and was given a referral by several friends. I called at least four times and my call was not returned. The website and Google page say they are taking new patients but I was just told they are not after having driven here. Please note that this is the service you will get if you try to find a doctor in this partnership."
"Please find another dr PLEASE. I’m quite sure the ones who make these reviews are employees. My children have been going here for YEARS. The receptionist are rude, the dr has bad bedside manners, and to make matters worse my son has a medical issue. I needed FMLA. Well, my husband brought up my son FMLA paperwork THREE times to only be told I needed to fill it out. How am I supposed to know what’s in the drs notes? Finally, I call there only to be told I have to make an appointment for FMLA !! Are you serious? So I make one for the dr to fill it out wrong. I called and the dr said she couldn’t change date of the condition?? How?? The dr will clearly see my child’s condition started a year ago. And when I called the nurse the nurse gave me a hard time. Then a week later we received a letter we were discharged really? For what with no answers. Please I’m begging you don’t come here. Poor service"

I dont have to wait to get an appointment with my Doctor, if I have issues I can get them dealt with right away."
"If I could put no stars I would. The staff are unprofessional. From when they answer the phone to schedule to schedule an appointments to when you are trying to get help with something. They don’t send out referrals properly, and even lost a whole X-ray that was needed for TOC. I made a post on Facebook about them and one of the workers went through the whole thread reacting and laughing at comments that were made about others experience at the office. They then proceeded to send out letters to everyone saying they couldn’t service them because of their opinion about their experience their. Why not just try to make changes to how you all are running things."
