"Called before driving 40+ minutes to office to ensure I would be able to be seen due to me being rejected by several dentist offices because it was same day. Arrived at Dental Works at 3:18pm, filled out paper work & here I am now leaving at 3:45pm STILL IN UNBEARABLE PAIN because “We don’t accept insurance for same day appointments”. Wow. JUST WOW. I would be more understanding if that was stated on the phone before my drive OR when I returned the paperwork not 20 minutes later & I also would be more understanding if the staff would’ve showed AT LEAST A LITTLE SYMPATHY. She showed no emotion, she didn’t even suggest an upcoming appointment. LITERALLY NOTHING. I was referred here & also saw great reviews but I will not be returning. This is very unacceptable, especially with the tooth pain I am dealing with."

"Came in as a walk-in because my 'regular' dentist could not get me in for 2 weeks! I was dying. Dr. Howard and his staff took great care of me. They were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Howard took care of the problem tooth without hurting me at all. I didn't even feel the shot. I know it was my fault for waiting until this tooth started hurting but I appreciate him getting it out! Kudos to doc and his team. He also has a great sense of humor...I've never laughed so much at a dental office. I will definitely be back."
