"I would highly recommend avoiding this company especially if needing any service work. My wife called them and DJ was sent out to our house because the pool pump wasn’t working. I was told the entire system was bad and required $2,200 for a complete replacement. In fairness another option for $1,500 was also provided if I wanted a unit that wasn’t as powerful. Not knowing anything about pumps I wanted at least 1 more option and thank God I did. Chris with Golden Eagle Pools LLC came out today and within 10 minutes fixed my system by not only telling me he actually showed me my pump was still in great working condition, all it required was a new “motor start up capacitor”… The TOTAL out the door price for labor and parts was $115!!! Let that sink in… Understand I’ve got no issues with how much Pinch a Pennys estimate was even though comparing apples to apples it was extremely high the real issue is being lied to and led to believe I needed a new system. What’s really impressive about Golden Eagle Pools LLC is their tech Chris knew this estimate I got and still didn’t alter how he handled my pricing. You talk about integrity, it would have been easy to bump my estimate 2 to 3 times because in my position I would have still been ecstatic. Moving forward Golden Eagle Pools LLC has my business for LIFE… DJ with Pinch a Penny do better!!! You never know when someone finds out their unit is still good or what if you’re working with someone who isn’t doing good financially and can’t afford it? That could be your family member. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"So unhappy with this location. We have been using them for a year and recently things have started to change. Went in to buy chlorine and you have to buy 30 gallons (if you want to buy bulk). Even if your willing to pay non bulk prices you have to buy 30 gallons or get the tiny 2.5 gallon containers which don't work for us. Now they have always worked with us before and now they are like nope we're not working with you. It's the new manager policy. If your looking to work with them and your a small business it's not worth your time or aggravation to deal with this location."

"Chlorine jug deposit is deplorable...charged me deposit then when i returned them i had missed the deadline by one day. ACE Hardware here i come...jug refills cheaper and no ripoffs."
