"Hello I want to speak my truth about how Mr. Hosea and Regina Ward (slumlords), along with their son Anthony Johnson who's in MI. They scammed and fraudulently rented a house to me about 38 days ago. They did so intentionally, manipulatively and deceitfully. I will post a few photos as well. After the first week I discovered and currently live in horrendous conditions and they don't care and have been disrespectful, aggressive and have made threats towards me and I've done nothing wrong. I thought I was moving into a newly renovated house but in a weeks time discovered that they were cosmetically hiding major plumbing, structural, electrical and just a plethora of issues. The house is on the verge of collapsing, raw sewage in the basement which has the entire house reeking of odors, pest and etc. They're upset that the house was reported to the city and deemed uninhabitable. They were given emergency instructions to repair and never intended to do so. I never had the opportunity to unpack because the house has been shifting and it's unsafe. I can't even safely get moved out the house until the beam is repaired. They never pulled the necessary permits to do work on the house and the city instructed them to do so. The work that was done is all illegal and cosmetically hid the unsafe issues, there's no certificate of occupancy nor compliance. They just told me 3/16 that they're now selling the house and have listed it fraudulently online as a foreclosure and lying saying that it's newly renovated and it's not. They've been aggressive about their approach and popping up without permission with several people wanting to look inside and strangers roaming on the property, that's wrong to do this to someone in a harassing manner. I have section 8 and they've violated the law, my privacy and contracts. It's been all lies and illegal what they've done to me from the start. The God I serve has never failed me and to learn that they're pastors that have intentionally done this for greed (rent money), this is ethically and morally wrong and fraudulently went into a lease with me knowing exactly what they were doing. If anyone should be upset, it should be me but I've turned the other cheek to how they've treated me and they need to be held accountable for disrupting my life as they have and do the right thing. I'm a disabled woman confined to one room and haven't been able to freely have stability because of all the issues, I literally have to put my hand in the wall to operate the shower. My faith is strong and I trust God to order my steps and bring me out of this situation. I'm speaking my truth and bringing awareness and praying for them as well in hopes that they'll do what's right. Flesh fails we all have but how could you stand before God as ordained leaders but your actions are wicked and deceitful towards me and not pleasing in the eyes of the Lord, I'll be praying you do the right thing."
