"I've been there a few times and I've never been disappointed. The fried pickles are delicious. The tots and cheese sauce could be a meal by themselves. Same with the Mac and Cheese Bites, if there were more of them. I've had the pulled pork, the Mac Attack burger and the brisket quesadilla. All of them are worth getting. However, the food is secondary to the service if you can believe it. Amanda is by far the most attentive person ever. Your drinks are refilled without you having to ask. She always has a smile for you when you walk in and your order is always right. What more can you ask for?"
"Tried this place while in town on work travel. I was hoping for some good BBQ but was disappointed. The positive was that the Mac and cheese was fantastic. It was warm, creamy, and you got a good portion. The negatives were the baked potato was undercooked and the pork was moist but in a bad, watered down kind of way. Everything was editable but I probably won't go back."
"Best Collard Greens I've eaten around Pinellas. Sadly that's all I got. Smokin 19 needs to smoke a little longer. Definitely not a 12 hr smoke on Burnt ends. They weren't fresh either. Reheated with little fat and still need help pulling apart. Smothered with entirely too much BBQ Sauce. Trick didn't work on this Chef! Place could definitely use a good cleaning from top to bottom!"
"I have driven past this place and wanting to try it for a few years now. Needless to say I should have kept driving. The Waitress was very nice, and was definitely good at her job. The Decor was pretty cool and seemed like a fun atmosphere. I took the food to go this time. I had the Burger Mac Burger. That was the best part of the meal. However, the Burger was cooked to the right temperature, but nothing really worth praising. I got the Rib Basket to try a bite or two and finish tomorrow. The Ribs were way too dry. They were too overcooked. I will not be finishing them at all. I really didn't like the seasoning salt on the Fries, and the beans were improved by the Carolina Mustard Sauce. Unfortunately this was my First and Last visit to Smokin 19."
"Went on a Friday night for dinner just by picking it off the map. Food was amazing and good price for what you get. My husband loved the dry rub ribs, and the brisket was perfect! If you are ever in St Pete, I highly recommend this place!"
