"Slow service. Burger didn't have flavor and barely any brisket on it that was supposed to be a topping. Monte Cristo was hot on the outside with cold ham inside (ew.) Tots weren't fully cooked and fries cold and mushy. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning."

"This is the 3rd location of this cool, successful franchise that I've visited. Was a little disappointed in the food temperature and slow service. It was New Year's Eve, but still enjoyed the experience. I appreciate the manager making an adjustment on the check. Thank you. I'll keep visiting and attribute the things that could've been better to the holiday and that they were likely short staffed. Cool place!"

"Been coming here for quite some time and it always has fantastic food. Started off with a Lemon Drop Martini that was made just right. Appetizer was the Famous Firestone Shrimp which was battered slightly with a delicious spicy sauce. My entree was the Berries and Gorgonzola Salad with Strawberry Dressing. This delicious salad had grilled shrimp, blueberries, strawberries, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts. I have had this salad at least 4 times and it never disappoints. Highly recommend."
