Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:30PM. Please note that we do not allow family members or pets, with the exception of ADA service animals. "The reviews have to be fake for this place. They are unorganized, it takes months to get an appointment and when you finally get an appointment you’re waiting 45mins + to be seen. The first time I visited this office, there was a lady running out crying and upset because she couldn’t be seen and waited for hours. The assistants at the front desk do not inform you of your status for the appointment. This is my second time rescheduling my appointment, this time for a morning time and they are still behind. They need serious time management and training on how do effectively deal with customers and manage the calendar."
"Dr. Khamvongsa is the absolute best. The office is located in the Medical Arts building in Baptist Hospital Kendall on the 5th floor. Parking can be a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it's really not that difficult to find the place. The staff is the best. Everyone is super friendly, nice, and caring. They are always willing to make you feel the most comfortable you can be. Facilities are great. It's a one stop shop. You can do you bloodwork and ultrasounds in the same office. Honestly, could not have asked for a better OB."
"Very nice and professional office just south of midtown shops. On time and I was in and out very quick. Calm environment and very nice office and exam rooms with dim lighting and a reassuring vibe. Staff were all great and took the time to explain everything as well as any potential follow up communication, etc... Highly recommend."
