"Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. They sent out the images and report to my Dr with images pending. I went to the Dr appointment and had to go back for another one appointment since they sent an incomplete report with pending images. I called them before I went to pick up the CD with images at the office and I was told the CD was ready. When I arrived the CD was not ready and they told me to go back another day. Very frustrating!"
"Agreed about the front desk lady for Xray. Pretty rude and pleasant. We can all stay nice and respectful to each other. Plus she refused to take the appointment made on the phone when I showed up she said they don’t take appointment when I actually did on the phone."
"Front desk lady at xray is extremely rude and totally unwelcoming. Don't take the customer facing position if you don't have basic courtesy to talk to people, and more so in medical where you are dealing with people who are already sick and unwell. They don't need your horrible attitude on top of that."
"I give them a 3 because of their attitudes and lack of good customer's service!!! Definitely was a quick appointment! I would say advise these ladies to be more friendly and smile!!"
"Went for a. ultrasound got called in right on time. Jazlyne helped me with my check in and papers she was very kind and attentive. Sheena did my ultra sound and she made me feel comfortable and it was quick!! Good service over all"
