"Avoid at all costs. Horrific experience. Unprofessional and rude. I waited over an hour before the technician told me she could not see me as she was going on a lunch break. Office personnel and manager should be more professional. The treatment itself took about 5 minutes, but the duration of my visit was over 2.5 hours!!!! It's been over a week, and my doctor has not received my results--an utter waste of time and money. I'm concerned that there are sick, vulnerable patients not getting adequate care here. They may be okay with the day-to-day stuff, but they obviously don't take care of their technicians if they can't even give them a decent lunch break, and they certainly don't know how to deal with their patients when there are issues."

"Very polite front desk and technicians. They don't overbook and respect patients time. Update: I was told that I could get the report within 48 business hours after imaging, but it took a whole week. My stress level was through the roof while waiting for it. I hope the radiologist was this slow only because of some emergency situation he had to deal with and it doesn't happen often."

"My first visit to this center i was glad i was sent there by my Drs the ladies at the front desk are all absolutely amazing. They are very courteous and professional even when dealing with difficult patients. The imaging staff was also very professional, quick and efficient. I was so happy with my visit that the next procedure i was prescribed by my Drs i requested to go to this center once again. With my 2nd visit there i received the same great service as the first time. I would highly recommended visiting this center for all your imaging needs."

"The only reason why I give it a 1 is because of the mammogram tech. She's an older Cuban lady who has absolutely no manners, a bad attitude and talked down on my like if I was a child because I woke in without a mask. No one was wearing a mask in the whole clinic but her. Otherwise, all the ladies in the front desk plus the office managers were extremely lovely and so helpful, but 1 bad apple tarnishes everything because these exams are uncomfortable enough to then be handled by a grinchy old woman. Not going back and not recommending it either."

"This comolex is located near the Baptist Hospital. All the employees are very helpful and kind. You can get done Xrays, MRIs and other scanning procedures. You need to call before to make an appointment and try to be 30 mins before your appointment because you will need to complete some paper work. Also you need your ID and insurance card to get the precedure done."
