"It is literally impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office. They take forever to get back to your messages on mychart. The number you can reach is to an operator for Mount Sinai w/ no access to the office itself. It takes multiple calls and emails for scheduling, prescriptions, labs... I have been tempted to physically go to the office to get a conversation with someone. It's that bad."
"I am waiting for a visit to be claimed to my insurance for nine months and I get no response of help from any of the employees or the doctor himself being redirected do different departments and phone numbers to get absolute no answer or solution. Response: im not sure how many callbacks I requested both on the phone and on MyChart at this time with no answer or followups. They told me they left Dr Sowell notes and yet nothing has updated. Also the attitude of the receptionists is terrible."
"Horrific service. Have spent over a week trying to get ahold of my doctor or just anyone at the Midtown location itself. I don't understand how hard it is to answer the phone. Once I do get through to someone it won't even be someone from the Midtown office; They'll place me on hold and hang up the call. Now looking for a new PCP."
