"First and last time coming here. I arrived at my appointed time. They had me waiting for 1 hour and 10 mins in the waiting room. Then they moved me in a room to wait for another 10 mins when suddenly a male doctor came in although my appointment was with a female doctor. I had to wait for additional time for the doctor to see me. After almost 2 hours I ended up leaving without seeing anyone . This is disrespectful with the time of the patients. When in the waiting room someone told me this is always this way. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Absolutely loved Dr. Kirwei Chen. Throughout my entire pregnancy he ensured that everything was perfect for myself and my unborn baby girl. I love how up front and honest he was really guided me to become healthier myself for a healthy delivery. My baby had been breech during my 3rd trimester, very depressing. Dr. Chen advised safe exercises to help my breech baby turn. I had a healthy pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Thanks Dr. Chen."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. My first visit was 3/25/22. The girls at the front desk were incompetent. During the consultation with the doctor he had to call the receptionist in to correct my chart not once but twice, he also body shamed me for my pregnancy weight. He rush through the the ultrasound didn’t even give me a copy because I didn’t ask and told me to take pictures with my cell phone. He then told me I have one fibroid and wanted to stitch my cervix up so I won’t go through premature labor and I would have to be on bed rest for the remaining of my pregnancy and I’m only 4 months. He didn’t explain anything to me and his accent was very heavy it was hard to communicate. So I decided to get another opinion which I’m glad I did Dr. Terrence Harris is a high risk obgyn who took his time to explain everything to me and advised me that we will monitor the Fibroids to make sure it doesn’t grow any bigger. When I tried to get my medical records from the office the girls at the front desk could not find my chart I had to wait for 45 mins for two sheet of paper then was charged $2 which I refused to pay. When I ask them when will I receive my gender test because he was unable to tell me if it was a boy or girl they couldn’t even give me the number to the lab , I was told it was in California and was given a list of Quest labs locations and phone numbers and none of them was located in California. This office has not evolved, all of there equipments are outdated and I would not recommend this place even if the service was free."

"Kir-Wei is an attentive doctor. I had been come to the clinic for seven years. Last year I move to miami, so I changed my doctor. As soon as I see other doctor I decided to come back to this clinic, even though it is far away. This year I had my third child, a big baby. I have some symptoms of urinary incontinence. The doctor recommended me to do Forma V that will improve symptoms of urinary incontinence. I had done twice already. The symptoms gone away after first time. It will make vaginal tightening too, and it is very palpable when I have sex with my husband."

"Terrible doctor, my wife was told she needed an emergency csection at 30 weeks because of one bad bp reading due to stress before our appointment. Then passive aggressively shamed for her pregnancy weight told "you're bigger than normal patients I see during pregnancy" he then advised us csection was easier for him because our insurance pays immediately for it, but his assistant would need 200$ cash up front before or he'd had to work with nurses not on his staff. He then tried telling us that because her glucose test was HIGH BUT NOT AT THE NUMBER FOR GESTIONAL DIABETES that he wanted to bed ridden us till we delivered. Our due date is January 14, he wanted to deliver us at 30 weeks. This doctor is terrible, and only cares about getting money. He will send you to the hospital and run every test possible on you just to rack up money do not let him fool you. He tried to keep us over night but we were persistent on going home. When we told him we would go against his advice and leave his care if he tried to induce us today or anytime before our due date he would try to calm the situation down and tell us it was what would be easiest for him. He disregarded everything we said! We saw this doctor ONE time and switched to a midwife the literal next day! Please watch out for him, he doesn't even have malpractice insurance!"
