"Terrible customer service! Never going here again. I was greeted by the door very nicely by your security guard. I was putting my daughter into the cart while the security guard was being advised by the manager on duty named “Jessica” that I could not going to the store with my daughter’s sippy cup (by the way my daughter is a year and a half) . I asked if I could place a sippy cup in my bag and enter the store, and she said that I needed to throw it away. That is very unprofessional. I’ve walked into countless amount of stores where that has never been an issue! It was very humiliating to be stopped, as I’m walking in by a so-called manager attending customers to greet me and my family like that over a sealed baby cup. Please train your “managers” to apprehend what customer service is. I will not be returning."

"Go there every week with my mother. We love the place. Not great on employees, check out line sometimes are long weight, and only one employee working cashier. It's great shopping, but then you get little tired, then to get in long line is very hard not to say forget this and leave. Need more jewelry, restock is not good. To slow. But we love dd's."
