"The management of the store is not good, is the worst . it doesn’t matter if you go the weekend o during the week is the same situation, the cashiers line go until the end of the store and you need to wait 30 minutes or more"

"Come to this store if you wanted be treated poorly by management. Samantha over here has extremely offensive and unprofessional conversations with her team in front of you and about you. Very disappointed, I suppose it isn’t one of the more respected stores or so that’s what we were told.. however shopping at T.J.Maxx you expect more customer service and hospitality. That little girl had no manners and was not apologetic when confronted about talking about clients in front of them. She said that her conversation was not meant to be overheard even though she was speaking in front of us about us. No apology just told us we can call corporate if we want."
