"I am now retired and therefore my usual dentist do not take my insurance anymore. I searched for a dentist and finally went to Dental Group of South Florida at 16830 SW 88th Street. What a mistake that was. I was shuffled around to various xrays. Then sitting in the chair, a lady came to me. She did not introduce herself and proceeded to tell the tech in the room that I needed scaling and extractions on some teeth. I asked her what teeth need extractions and she said my molars. I told her that I was not taking out my molars. Then she said "Well, when they start hurting you, then you can come back to take them out". Then she got up and left. I do not know who she was because there was no introduction. Another lady came, introduced herself and proceeded to tell me that she will not be doing a normal cleaning. It will not be deep cleaning - something in between. She proceeded to rub something on my teeth for the pain. She did not wait a few minutes for the gel to take effect and started the cleaning. It was so unprofessional and I had water all over my face. This was definitely not like my usual dentist that I had to give up because of my Medicare choice. Unprofessional, only spoke in Spanish (I do not speak Spanish) and definitely no manners. I will be looking for another dental group that take my Medicare insurance. was unprofessional and I had water all over my face."

"I am satisfied with my visit and I recommend this dentist office! Friendly staff, my son and I called many times and they picked up the phone quickly to answer our questions. I was attended to quickly by the dentist’s assistant and the dentist, and the dentist listened to all my concerns. I have no insurance at this moment so they gave me a very favorable price, as well as an itemized list of the procedures necessary for me. They also have a very clean environment with nice and pretty seasonal decorations in the lobby, which uplifted the mood. All in all, I am happy with this dentist office and I’m glad that I chose it!"
