"Don't. Go. Run! They're closing... and no wonder. I waited 45 minutes (total). I called initially...i was #2... then #1... after 7 minutes the phone picked up, on hold... no voice. After 10 minutes, i calledAfter 20 minutes, I drove 20 minutes to the office, during which time, the call dropped ... I redialed... I'm number 23! I drove to the place, fuming! I yelled at Bibi... she was not able to help me?? Across the waiting area, the health department/ an off shoot branch of healthy partners... nice folks- apologized, gave me the info to call Cano Dental corporate office in Miami... they didn't even pick up the phone! This company, Cano Dental is closing all its offices in Florida and Texas... don't bother... no one's minding the store!"
"This location is listed as the Cano Health Corporate office on their website. This company either has been dropped by Florida Blue insurance, or as my doctor’s office staff claims, they have decided not to take Florida Blue anymore, which is one of the largest insurance companies in the state, including offering insurance to State employees. I have been seeing my doctor, Dr. David Morris in Pembroke Pines, for more than 15 years. Even after coming back to FL, I drive more than one hour from downtown Miami to see him. Only an irresponsible, selfish and inept corporate can make such an irrational decision. Or you were so bad that were dumped by the insurance company. You’d better be in car dealership business, NOT healthcare. What a shame!!!"
"This is without any doubt the most incompetent and frustrating service provider I have ever encountered. They will never call you back, and expect to stay on hold for hours and then be disconnected over and over again. Find a Different provider. Cano Dental is a horrible service"
"I have been a patient at Cano Dental for more than 3 years, I am very grateful for the care received for me and my family, especially at the Tamiami clinic by Dr. Mauro Carballo, and at the Westland Clinic with Dr. Miguel and Cristina Reyes, the doctors are excellent professionals, and their staff very kind and attentive. My parents were treated in Pines with Dr. David Hernandez, and Dr. Carmen, they were delighted, a wonderful service. I recommend it 100%"
