"Most humble, nice and caring dentist we have ever met. They weren't all about money but more about trying to help as much as possible. Let's start with this, it's 4th of July and my brother had a filling that came loose. His primary dentist was closed for the holiday and we could not get through with dentist for this emergency case, even though the dentist had an emergency number. We called about 5 different dentist offices that were on his insurance provider list and got through with a few that were open. Floridental, was the only dental office that was able to take us for an emergency over a holiday weekend on the same day and within 2 hrs of calling. Although they didn't take his insurance at the time they still tried as much as they could to help him. He was in excruciating pain from this tooth and turns out it was infected. The doctor was more than helpful, she did an examination of the tooth advised us of what happened and provided him with antibiotics and pain killers until he could see another dentist that accepts his insurance. We were so grateful and will be following up with them to see when they do except his insurance so he can change over."
