"Get an actual way of communication that works. I'm being sent in circles between the patient portal and the phone lines that randomly become unavailable after the call dropped even though I had called 30 minutes ago and there was no problem. I need answers for my appointments and have been trying to reach out for days between my work schedule and the actual hours you all are open since for whatever reason leaving a voicemail isn't an option. I had to go through multiple emails just to set up my patient portal twice which included all setup steps 2 times over. I sent another message today because I needed more info for my appointment tomorrow but the portal informs me it'll be answered within 2 business days. I can't even reach someone to cancel my appointment because of the phone line issue. I dont understand why, if the portal communication isn't same day , there would be no option to leave voicemails."

"A truly awful experience. Towards the end of my pregnancy I noticed my blood pressure was starting to spike, I was getting migraines and blurred vision, and was extremely swollen. I remember calling the clinic nurse to see if I should come in and I was met with “Well maybe you just have covid.” When I came in for my next appointment suddenly the staff seemed concerned with how swollen my legs were and how high my blood pressure was. I was just told to keep an eye on it. The day of my C-section my systolic BP was in the 180s. They went ahead with the c-section. I hemorrhaged shortly after and had to be rushed into emergency surgery. Physician never explained before or after what was going on. I had to go to my medical records to figure out what happened. I am very grateful for the TMH L&D nurses I had that day! They didn’t miss a beat and saved my life! But I cannot recommend the North Florida Women’s Clinic itself to anyone!"

"Run from this practice. I called as a new patient to set up an appointment with Dr. Clements. His staff informed me that i had to either physically bring in or fax my prior medical records before Dr. Clements would see me. Wow! what happened to email, web portal, or the good ole postal service. Since fax machines went by the wayside 15 years ago and I live 2 1/2 hours away, there was not a concern in the world for me as a patient. It was cut and dried. I guarantee you if this doctor and staff treats you this way for your records, their treatment for you as a patient is more than likely the same. Find someone else who cares. After all it is our money and our bodies."

"Are you like me and wondering where on earth parking is? This review is for you. You'll have to pay for parking ($1) but going up to the second floor of the parking garage is where you need to go. That will put you right in front of the entrance. Once you get in if you're there for obstetrics you're good to go. If you're there for gynecology you'll have to go through a different door, take an elevator up to floor 7 at which point depending on your provider you may have to go up to floor 8. There are many signs to make navigation easier but it's still a bit much. Despite the negative reviews about staff, I had a very pleasant experience. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same/next day. Their check-in system is a little odd as you do it on your phone but they do have paper versions as well. The system could be improved as none of the information I filled out (medical history, allergies, etc.) actually were saved and a nurse and I filled out all of the information again. Not sure if that's a typical experience but it was mine. I do not blame the staff for the system being buggy as I'm sure they had 0 say in it being implemented."
