"1/30/24 If I could rate this place zero stars for customer service I would. I personally have worked in customer service for 8 years and the way the receptionists speak to you and treat you is very rude. The receptionists are unhelpful, make up excuses, and talk down to you. They don't care about you or your situation. It is sad to see such a great orthopaedic clinic have such a horrible staff working for them. 2/1/24 Update!!! NO supervisor has reached out to me and the receptionist is still being rude. I still have not had my issue resolved and just want to speak with more than an unhelpful receptionist which is apparently impossible. The lack of communication within this establishment and to it's patients is ridiculous."

"My mom had an appointment with Dr. Hollman. Today. Terrible experience. He was in a rush as if he did not want to be there. Needs bedside makers education. The appointment was less than 2 minutes. We had to wait for him to finish with the next patient to ask a question and when we did he seemed annoyed with us. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy."
