"Don’t recommend, you can find better! First visit today and it was bad. The Front desk wasn’t welcoming and especially the Spanish lady on the far right was rude not even polite at all with a nasty attitude and vibe. The MA charting notes, acts like he’s a know it all when clearly not with a cocky attitude. Don’t get me started on the so called “Doctor” there.. he was very unprofessional, makes you feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. Once the doctor came In the room I expected to get my health checked not just an ear examination and racially profiled.. not to mention being all up in my face.. like back up old man. Definitely DO NOT go there! Waste of time."

"Do NOT take anyone who needs medical attention to this facility. It is a waste of time. The building is a trash bucket, only made less desirable by the poor patient care. You will only leave frustrated, unhealed, and back to square one. But not before he orders unnecessary tests so he can bill your insurance. That is insurance fraud."

"I absolutely love Pam and Concepcion in the pediatric side of this building but will never ever return to Marcelo for adult care. All of the negative feedback you see on this business' google reviews is meant for him. He spends more time sitting on his desk, filling out visit summaries like he's desperately trying to reach a high score on a video game that pays him pennies per visit, while rushing you out of his waiting room to make room for the next patient, after you waited an hour to see him. He asks multiple questions at once to knock everything out of the way at one time, but doesn't have the patience to listen to all of the answers if they take up more than one syllable and rushes you with his hands gestures (circling them to 'wrap it up') and tells you to "hurry up" with one foot out the door so that you don't even have an opportunity to ask questions. If you mentioned even the slightest discomfort while the nurse was taking your pulse and asking question, like noticing knee pain one time in the past week after doing heavy lifting, he'll add as many blood tests and follow-ups possible to keep you coming back. I waited an hour one time for him to walk in, expecting to review the results for a blood test that his secretary didn't give me the referral to on my last visit, and just walked back out after telling me to ask for a print-out of the referral after scheduling another follow-up appointment. When I checked my patient portal, he had billed medicaid for the visit and checked off all of the standard questions that would have required him to actually do a check up on me, which he couldn't have possibly done in those 30 seconds. During the follow-up, he sat me down as if I was being diagnosed with cancer and told me that I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus (just because there was one of many possible markers for it), which I didn't know anything about so when I asked him what that was and how concerned I should be (because he was acting so grim about it), he couldn't answer and told me to ask google. His nurse and/or secretary often accompany him, as if having to monitor him, so when I met up with the secretary at her desk to schedule a follow-up, she told me not to take it too much to heart and just do my own research. It turns out that you can't diagnose either of those ailments with just one blood test, which gives me the impression that he doesn't know very much. I never had a positive experience as a patient with this impatient man who always rushed me and never treated me like he genuinely cared to answer my questions or hear me speak. If Medicaid assigns him to you, request that they change your PCP unless you just need a one-time visit with a PCP to refer you to another specialist."

"I have had a heck of a time finding an office that wasn't a nightmare to use.... I am so glad to have found THIS office! I had to change offices last year when my insurance changed and they were out of network, but this year I was able to get back in their network. Before I had the chance to schedule my son's check up, they contacted me. This is the only doctor my 3 year has ever trusted AND remembered. I cannot believe this office has such bad reviews when this is the ONLY place I have been to that is organized and treated us respectfully. I have not met the male doctor that works there but I have met most of the rest of the staff and they have always been pleasant. I have only been to the Orange City location, I might add"
