"In the past six months, I’ve had several times labs done at this location and the staff has always been very helpful professional and kind but none of the QUEST facilities ever pick up the phone. The best way to get in and out is to use quest app or go online and make an appointment. You will be notified on your phone and the day of the appointment when you get to the parking lot you can do check in from the text message that QUEST services sent you. Note: I have not dealt personally with any administrative staff so I cannot provide an opinion as how helpful or polite they are."

"Tried to call the office six times to ensure they had my order before driving up there and leaving my colicky baby at home with a sitter. The phone rang busy every time I called. I called my OB office to ensure they sent the script over, and they verified they sent it. Drove to the office for my appointment and they said they don’t receive electronic orders and wouldn’t be able to assist me. I asked why their phones rang busy and I was told “we don’t answer our phones here”. Very frustrated with the service at this location. Ended up having to leave without having my labs drawn. Will not be going back to this location."

"This place is great. The staff are friendly and very professional. I need to get lab work done fairly frequently and have always gone to other labs until recently. My first visit to Quest in Orange City was as a walk in, my wait time was not bad. My phlebotomist Evelyn was wonderful and told me about the Quest App and about scheduling appointments and getting results through the app. Scheduling on the app is easy and I highly recommend doing this as the appointments are scheduled every 10 minutes, it works very smooth and efficiently. This is a much better system than other labs in this area."
