"Nothing about out of state complications or the family requesting a three month delay in the graveside service gave pause to Amy Norris, who is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and patient, professional and compassionate. The entire staff, most of whom I had a chance to speak with due to my many calls, was kind and helpful. The advance work for engraving was handled beautifully and the actual service was flawless.
