"The location is awesome. It is located right on the beach on the boardwalk. This motel is extremely outdated and run down. Rooms were sparsely furnished and the decor and furniture were very old and worn out. The floors in our room were absolutely filthy. There was no view of the ocean and no screens on the windows. Although we managed to tough out mainly because of the location I would never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. On the upside, all the management, maitenance workers, housekeeping staff etc. we’re very very nice people. Parking was limited to about 10 spots so, you had to park across the street about a block away. This could be an okay spot if the owners would sink a little money and TLC into this place. Never would we recommend this place."

"Our relatives just checked in for 10 days amd what a filthy dump! Please be aware. Rooms are so gross. Never been cleaned and bed spreads has blood stains and gross stains on them. This place should be closed down. Filthy refrigerator and sinks. Spots or stains on all upholstered furniture. Photos on their website all false. Parking when full which always then you have to park two blocks across busy street. Back door from kitchen enters into city back filthy alley like situation with all this trash and dumpy stuff in the back. Blinds Brocken. This place should be condemned. Avoid. Three days later there is German cockroaches. Over two thousand dollar spent on this dump. Moving family to new hotel and will stop payment on this dump and believe me will get full refund. Do not stay here please take these terrible reviews and know they are real and book anything else."

"The place is nice, the rooms are a bit dated, but they are really clean, the Ritz Carlton it was not, but it was a really good price. All the people around are really friendly and easy going."

"If you want a nice place to stay, this definitely isn't the place. When we got in the room the first thing we noticed was how dirty the floors were, I personally cleaned them. This place is in desperate need of updating. Everything is dated, the only thing that was from this decade just might be the TV. The tub is worn and stained , the mini fridge barely lowered the temp of the products we put in it. The pictures posted of this place are not accurate to what you'll be staying in. Definitely super disappointed with this place. We had a big group stay here, in all we booked 8 rooms. Most experienced the same with the lack of cleanliness, one room had dirty towels and trash in the can. In 3 of the 8 rooms the TV's didn't work, the wifi was a bust it wasn't working as well. I called down they said they'd reboot, to no avail. Parking is ridiculous, they have much less parking spaces than rooms, so if you're not lucky enough to find one, then you must park elsewhere and walk to the hotel. On a positive note, the pool was nice, staff was friendly, the hotel is beach side and pretty close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend that you book elsewhere, definitely not worth what they are asking for the rooms. I'm sorry to say this but if you read a review that recommends this place I want you to know that they must have very low standards and I wouldn't want to see the conditions that they live in if they believe this place is worth more than a 2/5 rating."

"Let me start off by saying the staff were top notch, very friendly and attentive. The view was beautiful you could see the beach from the balcony and the walk to the beach was a nice little trail maybe about 3-5 min. The upkeep of the grounds of the hotel could have looked better, The grass could have been cut for it to look more presentable and the outside of the hotel room could look more presentable also you can tell that the motel is old and needs to be updated. The rooms unfortunately were ridiculous. Everything in the room was old. The blinds were falling out, the A\C took forever to cool the room off, the sofa bed was so dirty and the leg on it was broken off so no one could sleep on it, the bathroom knob to turn the water on was not on properly it was so flimsy until eventually it fell off, my family and I had to call the staff which she came pretty quickly so that was a plus. The worst part about this motel was that In the middle of the night while my family and I were sleeping I heard a rustling noise loud enough to wake me out of my sleep I thought maybe someone was trying to get into our room but that wasn’t the aww. When I awoke there was a rat running across the floor! I thought my eyes were playing tricks but then I saw it run across the room a second time smh. I was very disgusted and afraid honestly. The place does need to be updated if the rooms were up to date this place could be a 5 star motel but unfortunately that was not the case."
