"If I could leave zero stars I would. Like most people's comments that I read, the staff at this place is borderline malpractice. I sat in the waiting room area for hours only to find out the girl at the front desk failed to "check me in". Other patients even wanted to let me see the Doctor before them, as they could not understand why my appointment time was WAY before theirs. I am unwillingly paying my copay, but I consider this to be downright theft. The "management" of this place is beyond unprofessional. Crooks."
"I waited an hour and half for my appointment. People came in after i did and the nurse or the doctor never made an apology except to say at the end that "there is another patient before you" and I left without seeing the doctor. PS There is no way to contact the doctor or management at this terrible place."
"Horrible front desk. My family and I have been going there for many years. I convinced my sister to go. Made an appointment and waited like 2 months..She retired 3 years ago and has had a new insurance ever since... they insisted that she used the insurance that appeared in their computer. She repeatedly explained that she couldn't do that. It had expired. After several attempts and they supposedly checking with the supervisor she either used the nonexistent insurance.or nothing. She chose nothing. Will never go back..rude inexperienced people at front desk"
"Once of the worst medical experiences I've had yet. Dr. Krasner couldn't be bothered to figure out what has been causing my eye issues aside from running standard testing, which I had explained had already been done by my local eye doctor and he referred me to a specialist to look further into it. When I explained what was going on, he looked at me, laughed and said "good luck with that". No resolution. On top of that, the office didn't take down my address correctly (nor was my name spelled correctly) and had sent bills to the wrong address. I received a call that I was late on my payment and they had sent me several bills which I then confirmed they had my details wrong. Whole process was a nightmare - avoid this practice they have no idea what they're doing."
