Situated conveniently near the historic River District, our garage offers easy access to a host of downtown attractions including the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, Lee County Visitors and Convention Center, and various Lee County government offices.

Our facility is open 24/7, ensuring you have access to safe and reliable parking whenever you need it. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For assistance after hours, please contact us at 239.296.5937.

Affordable daily rates are available as follows:

- 0-1 hour: $1

- Each additional hour: $1

- Up to 7 hours: $5

- Up to 10 hours: $7

- 10 – 24 hours: $10

- Maximum daily rate: $10

- Lost Ticket: $40

- Night Rate (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM): $5

- Special Events: $10 – $20, as posted

Monthly parking eligibility is limited to individuals with a residential address or employment within the downtown commercial district. Please note that vehicles may not be left in the parking facilities for more than 30 days, as they may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

For cyclists, a bicycle rack is conveniently located on the first floor next to the Main Street stairwell, ensuring secure parking for your bike.

"Went to visit Ft Myers to support local community and business after devastating hurricane. The stars rating is not based on experience, but effort to support locals. Convenient and clean location. However they false advertise at the entrance stating $1/hour. We parked for a little more than hour and been charged $10 as a full day. Wouldn’t local government do their best to attract tourists and support their community instead of overcharging good samaritans from the East Coast that came to spend their time and money there despite the catastrophic impact of the area? I mean we could travel West Palm Beach or Key West instead. That’s what everyone does eventually."

"Won’t allow motorcycles in their garages, bad business. Was thinking about moving into one of the local condos but won’t because of this. They want me to park my motorcycle on the public street. Not to mention they told me they are about to raise the rent about 30% . No thanks."

"Denison Parking has decided, that due to safety reasons with their gates that they are unwilling to rectify, that those with motorcycles may not park in their garages. In contacting them directly, it was suggested that I pay 55 dollars a month(though soon to become 75) to secure street side parking for my motorcycle as a long term solution. In an area with such a large biker community,I find this beyond disappointing. This policy has unfortunately prevented me from renting an otherwise perfect property in the area."
