The Park at Brandywine Apartment Homes

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! This place is greedy and money hungry. The living conditions inside the apartments are unsafe. They do not care about their residents. All they care about is the looks on the outside. They are constantly fixing up the outside but never the issues going on inside the apartments. The maintenance is non-existing. You will be waiting weeks even months for anyone to come look at an issue you are having. The upstairs apartment bathroom starting leaking inside our bathroom. There was no rush on their end to fix the issue, even when the leak got so bad a hole started forming in the ceiling. When they did finally come to "fix" the leak and ceiling, there was still a water mark on the ceiling from where the pipe was still leaking. Any contractors that they hire are horrible. They have the bathtubs painted which ends up peeling a day after it is done. The people that came to clean the dryer vents left a huge pile of lint right outside the apartments. Our dryer started smoking and almost caught fire. We had to move it outside. They did not respond to multiple maintenance requests and emails regarding that. We lived here three years and never missed or was late on a payment. We gave them plenty of notice of us leaving and they still gave us an early termination fee. And please do not bring your kids here. A bunch of drug dealers and sketchy people live and hang out around these apartments. Overall, the worst apartments"

"I just want to give a shout out to Miss Doris she helped my husband and I out on getting into the apartment we got approved for the apartment we’re really excited to get an official move in date. Thank you again Miss Doris I don’t care what anyone say I got to meet you in person and going through the process of getting into the apartment, you have been so awesome and kept up with my husband and I with communicating on everything we really appreciate it and can’t wait to start the process in moving in to our apartment. May god bless you with many blessings to come you have been amazing."

"I applied to these apartments a few days ago didn't get approved because of incorrect information on my rental history. During my application process my to go person was Doris.C she was by far the most honestly, polite person I have ever encountered. She tried her best however when it comes to the rental history background it's extremely important.. I thank you for at least trying, someone else wouldn't even have tried"

"Dolores has been great To the residence in future residence as well. She's kind professional and always willing to help anyone in time of need.. I have witnessed people angry and disrespectful towards her And she's returned that with nothing but kind. I read the last review on someone who was angry because they didn't get their application refunded back as it was rejected. To say that she's rude and yelling and have an attitude it's simply defamation of character from someone who is absolutely angry."
