"Every resident is only allowed 14 visitor days a year. That means yur own family members can not stay woth you for more than 2 weeks. What is that?? Lol. Stupid rules. And bad managemnt. Very small parking lot. Would never recommend to anyone."
"First of all, lets get things straight, this is not an assisted living facility, it is not the responsibility of this place to care for or take care of your family members, it is an apartment complex, yes HUD does allow rent assistance depending on your situation, and the rent is very reasonable even without the assistance. The complaints that I have personally is, management, in some cases have never read the landlord tenant laws in the state of Florida and in some cases exceed their authority on what they are permitted to do and not permitted to do, so you should always know your own rights and not be bullied by poor management. I believe this is as safe and probably safer than many other places to live."
