"Pricey place to sleep no more. It's clean, small fridge, TV, bathroom, beds..no real amenities..$100 and change for the night. Rather rude service with no friendly greeting or exchange whatsoever. Last resort only."

"Run by Husband and wife who live on premises and should not be in the hospitality business. Rooms are clean mostly no roaches or anything but the staff make you feel as if they dont want anyone to stay there I've stayed half a dozen times over the years and each time they make us feel unwanted. Once the husband just walked in the room while we were sleeping and was halfway in the room by the time I noticed. Each time they have not respected our privacy, mandatory "room cleanings" /inspections sleeping or not they will knock until you get up or in my experience just walk in half naked or not oh and you aren't allowed guests. So if you want to stay somewhere that makes a weekend at your disapproving, intrusive, nosey in-laws feel like home then the orange tree is the right place. Oh and the spectacular view outside your bathroom window is a very colorful assortment of tents from the homeless camp 30 feet away"

"I was a little skeptic about staying there and my first experience in this hotel was super friendly, super awesome. The recessionist was so professional. The rooms were clean and always on top of things. Affordable and a very kind staff. I recommend but anyone to get a room now."
