"Office is clean and staff is SUPER friendly. My provider however rushes the appointment and doesn’t listen to me. It’s one thing to hear, it’s another to actually listen. If she stopped rushing and took time to listen to my concerns it would be amazing."
"IMPOSSIBLE to speak to ANYONE, period, once you leave the office. Providers have been great. But the inability to reach a human being for follow up care, questions, emergencies that need to be addressed by your doctor & not the ER, is harmful and abusive."
