"If you need a referral and/or another specialist needs something signed by them, RUN ! DONT GO THERE. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A NIGHTMARE. FOR years I used the same dr. Fonseca for my older children now 22y/o and 17 y/o and bc I liked the doctor, I trusted to bring my 3rd child. But unfortunately my son have autism, and from an early age I asked for referral for a specialist and was told it was normal. Anyways, after the diagnose came , that’s when hell broke loose, bc I needed prescription for supplies and the cia ended the services with me bc nobody at this doctors office signs whatever they asked for. My son needs equipment and was approved for, but the doctor needed doctor Fonseca to sign a document, so they faxed the letter over and over, I would call over and over, begging for a signature, they would tell me they didn’t receive, I ended up bringing the documents for them to sign, and they said they would sign and fax it back. It took about 2 month for them to finally sign. Then I just found out the company making the equipments needs another signature, and they reach out to me, asking me to help them get that signature. OMG awful customer service, they are rude, they lie, it’s terrible. I am on the verge of losing all the work to get the supplies needed for my handicapped son bc they don’t care to respond to faxes, or nothing. So if you have a disable child, where they will need to do paperwork, go somewhere else. Or you will end up like me, depressed, stressed and with anxiety."

"If I could I would give them ZERO STARS. They told me to come at 730am for an emergency walk-in for my daughter who's been in pain for days. We get there at 715am knowing I had to sign paperwork but noone showed up until 745am and they didn't open the door until 8am. I enter, sign in, fill out paperwork and sit. 2hrs later, she still wasn't called in. Asked how much longer and I was told "well since she's an emergency walk-in it all depends on how fast they're moving in the back. And the dr will see her when she can in between patients." I sit down and 5 minutes later 2 more ppl walked in and were right away. At that moment I got up, said a few things to them and walked out! I will never recommend this facility to anyone."

"It’s outrageous that by this date in this place they still have guidelines were I can’t go in with my child for the pediatrician appointment. It doesn’t make sense!!!! I understand that for safety the face mask is necessary, and even wearing it, they still not letting me go inside with my baby. Don’t come to this place! Neither your child nor you as a parent will get the treatment that you expect from a doctors office."
