"I had a very patient receptionist and hygienist today. April was the receptionist and the hygienist was Johani. I didn’t have my updated insurance info. ready and April got on the phone with the info. I found and got me squared away. Johani was also very patient and gave me a pain-free clean. They could have rescheduled me but were patient and kind. I appreciate you ladies."

"I had the best possible experience you can while having an extraction. All the staff were kind and patient. Made something we all dread as comfortable as possible. Dentist was thorough and fast. I felt safe and well taken care of. I really was in great hands! This is why coast is my choice for dental care."

"I was nervous because of the 2 dental procedures I had done, but the staff, doctors, assistants etc made me feel at ease and comfort me the whole time. Also, they worked with me with my payment situation. I would recommend this Coast Dental Office to family and friends."

"The only reason why I posted 2 stars was because of the lady at the front desk. My appoint was at 9am I went in for a emergency check for some pain I've been having. I was pulled around between 3 different rooms do to other patients. I let it be know first and foremost I wanted my main issue dealt with within 5 minutes I was quoted a almost 15 hundred dollar service from they woman who did my x rays. I met with the hygenist for a few seconds and she said we can just do a deep cleaning while im there. Switched my room again. Dentist spent about 10 minutes total physically in my mouth wrote up a plan and said nothing to me about what was going on. I'm waiting on what I assumed to be getting the deep cleaning and about another 30 minutes passed and finally xray lady comes back in hands me treatment plan with costs, ask about the deep cleaning im confused at this point. I said to her well I was waiting but I guess we can reschedule it's 10:30 at this point. And I needed up having to leave because I also got a call for a personal matter. I took the paper work along with employee and patient schedule that was handed to me with my paper work and went to discuss the issue with front desk. She was sweet and I appreciated her apology but the rest of that unprofessional staff needs to get it together. Horrendous. Left with pain and no help for that. A absolute waste of my time."

"They are willing to work with me regarding my financial situation. My dental plan covers most of the anesthetic teeth cleaning but not all of it. I am in the early stages of periodontal disease but the staff said it can be reversed. At least I didn't have any cavities. The staff and dentists are all very nice."
