"I made an appointment showed up to the appointment, they confirmed it the day before and when I got there there was nobody there. They just had a sign on their door saying temporally closed. If they cared at all about their patients they would have called to cancel the appointment"

This laboratory is Very Organized, great rules and guidance, fast service and the gentleman in the front is very attentive, knowledgeable and he cares for the patients. He also draw my blood without any pain and provided instructions. He does it all! Excellent!!"

"man i am so grateful i found this place. i've been here twice with a requisition my doctor from new york gave me. i do get seriously ill so these bloods help a lot. the lab is amazing. i miss my new york one when i travel but Basil here makes me feel right at home. big shout out to Basil, he is an incredible professional. he seems to run the whole place by himself, up and down, with a cheerful and upbeat mood always. i have a lot of trouble with my veins from vasculitis, they blow and roll and i usually have to get stuck five times for infusions. basil both times got my blood on the FIRST stick. the blood came out slow but he didn't give up. he is also very talented and meticulous. he gets all of his job done before starting on something else. while collecting my blood he had to attend to the front to a walk in, and he did that with ease. beyond these remarks, he is also a wonderful person. both times he encouraged me to feel better, he assured me that i will, and that despite my illness i should be positive and look up and that i WILL get better. he is a bright and spritely and positive and encouraging and kind person. he has a positive aura to him. he encouraged me to keep my head up and told me i will beat my illness. that kind of caretaker persona not only puts you at ease, but gives you the type of reassurance that is beyond his responsibility as a nurse. he is a great nurse and professional but also a great human. big ups to bioreference for having such an incredible staff. florida is my home away from home and i'm so grateful i have this clinic here. thank you."
