"I wish I do not have to give them any star. I made the appointment over the phone to have an ultra sound done; they emailed me a reconfirmation . When I got there, a lady behind the counter first asked me if it was a mammogram, and I said to her it was for and ultra sound, I gave the information over the phone and I gave the person that schedule the Ultra Sound the Code, then she ask me for the prescription and I also have it, then she asked me for the results of the mammogram, I gave her my health file which included the results for the 2 mammogram, she was getting out of request and she ask me for the mammogram disk, and I do not have them. She fast told me that they could not do the ULTRA SOUND: This was at 2000 NE 45 Street,Ft. Lauderdale. DO not go to this place “0” Customer Service. Appointment 11:30. 12/5/2023"
"If I could give them zero stars, I would do that! They received orders to do an x-ray on my cervical spine due to the intense pain I’ve been having. I waited two weeks to get my appointment and when I showed up today, the gentleman at the desk told me I must’ve missed the call that they left for me telling me that their x-ray machine had been down since last week. I received a call. I receive no text message other than the text message that I got from them to confirm my appointment last week. Then he went on to say that they might have the wrong phone number for me. But I received the text message, confirming my appointment! So he had me leave my name and phone number so that they could call me when their machine was working, Which I will call my doctor and find someplace else, but unfortunately, the fella behind me got the same spiel, and he had traveled an hour and a half from Fort Pierce to get his x-ray! Again, no phone call or text message other than the text message confirming his appointment! When you’re in the medical field, do your job! This is it bad customer service, or a wrong order for lunch, this is a persons health that they’re dealing with!"
