"I was greeted very rudely by reception. However, after that, the technicians inside the exam rooms treated me like gold and were very courteous and professionals. That’s the only reason why they received 3 stars. If it was up to me, reception gets zero stars and the technicians get five stars."
"First of all; all of the personnel were extremely helpful and polite. The tech that did the mammo was so nice and helped me with standing at the machine and reassuring me the whole time. I have a very bad back and can't stand more than a few minutes with out support. In my case I gave a 5 star rating for the delicate manner in which they helped me and all of the personal were outstanding..."
"The black female at the front desk was very helpful and attentive not so much the other one to my left was white or Hispanic. My appointment was at 11:00. The girl name Aquila was is always very helpful and attentive. Excellent customer service. The other girl just let me stand and the desk and never even acknowledge that I was standing there for some kind of direction as to if I should wait at the desk to sign in or just be seated."
"Front room was very knowledgeable and and helpful. They were very patient with other patients even when they had to explain several times. They gave excellent information and help. The technician explained everything without prompting. Did not mind my curiosity questions at all. Explained I everything that I wanted to know. Parking was easy and plentiful.. Building was clean inside and out."
