"I can't believe it! I wait a month for this appointment, For them to tell me I need to update my Primary Care Dr. I never used my insurance before so I didn't know. The girl at the desk was very nice, But why they didn't call me and tell me this so I call the insurance on time?"
"Doctors are good here after that well it can be better. Significant issues with referrals. Not sure if the personnel are new but made many mistakes on referrals. This created a big problem for me since a mistake in a referral translates into having to reschedule a very important appointment. Please take ownership the people in the referral department like if it was for you and do it right the first time."
