"I have been here three times in the last year. Absolutely the only place I will get my imaging done. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back and they provide you with a disc before you leave. Next time you need an MRI X-ray call them first. Not only are they quick and efficient at the appointment they get you scheduled quickly. All ofg appointments have been scheduled within a week of calling. Best facility best staff best of everything."

"BE AWARE - About a month ago I visited the Cape Coral location and had a terrible experience w/ an Abdomen & pelvic ultrasound exam. The technician Jim came in with a black suitcase where the equipment was in. Called my name, I didn't hear him, so he tapped my should w/ the stack of paper he had in hand. I followed Jim into a very cold and dark room where there was only a sink and the exam table. He set everything up while I just stood there waiting. He then went on to ask me to lift up my shirt w/out giving me anything to cover myself and DID NOT leave the room. During the exam I mentioned I had recently had a baby and compared the experience to having a dog and stated "It's the same thing". To top it all off when he was done he handed me a bunch of large and hard table cover paper to wipe the gel off my belly and DID NOT leave the room again. I believe I was in a bit of a shock with how unprofessional and shady the whole experience was that I managed to say nothing, except for asking for the technician's name at the front desk before I left and they did not know his last name. I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS FACILITY and TECHNICIAN JIM."

"10/10/2023 @ 8am. The MRI tech is unprofessional and a very rude wench. Told me to get there before 8am all so I can sit for an hour because she doesn't know how to manage time.. When I mentioned this to her, she barked at me like it was my fault. I hope your boss understands that they lost over 3k because of YOU and your lack of punctuality. On a nicer note, the front desk gal is above and beyond kinda staff. Very sweet and professional. I guess I'll be doing my business elsewhere. All because of one person. It's sad that businesses are so desperate for help, that they'll hire and keep anyone. ***edit: I've drafted a professional email to both my surgeons, my PCP, my kids PCP and my Chiropractor in hopes to stop any patients from being sent here. Thank your MRI tech!"

"I am very claustrophobic and was really worried about getting my brain scan done, but ended up having a great experience here. My tech was Alyssa and she couldn’t have been more understanding or accommodating- she made such an effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, that I knew exactly what was going to happen each step of the way, to communicate and check in on me throughout the MRI, etc. They also took me on a Saturday so it didn’t interfere with my work schedule. Couldn’t recommend this place or Alyssa more."
