"This is where you want to go if you ever experience any type of emergency. We arrived shortly before midnight and I was called back immediately after they took my information and confirmed insurance in their system. Doc and nurses were quick, kind and professional. "This ER was great from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA to the techs to the Doctor. They were all courteous and seemed to care about me and my issues. They were clear as to why they did the tests they did, etc. They made the appropriate referrals (3) for follow-ups for what i came in for and for what they found in the tests. "I was very pleased with the care my 12 year old daughter received at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Emergency. The security guard was welcoming but also made us feel like safety wouldn't be an issue. The staff at check-in was fast and respectful. The male and female nurses made us feel very comfortable and easily displayed knowledge in his field. The Dr practitioner finished our visit after the tests taken came back with a positive COVID-19 . Before we checked out we were given after care instructions and left satisfied. I've been to this office for care of myself, my son, my childrens mother, and my father since they opened a few years ago. I would recommend Orlando Health South Lake Emergency. I've also had experience with them in Orlando at the big hospital on Orange Avenue downtown and was pleased. My father was there for months with a real bad infection and spleen removal and I'm sure Dr Ibrahim and staff saved his life."

From walking in going through security to front desk, to going back and being in such great care with nurses and Dr. Everyone was amazing to us! Beautiful facility as well.
