"We had our first kid working with this office and every step of the way was amazing. For our second kid (we are 11 weeks in), we of course came back and OMG. The disorganization of this office now is out of this world. Let’s start with making an appointment. To make our beginning appointment I had to call at least 5 times until finally I got put on hold with 13 other people. That hold was more than 2 hours. The lady on the other side was very nice but TWO HOURS. We finally arrive there, our doctor was pretty chill, we asked if I could FaceTime since they are not allowing dads to be inside with the patients, which it’s ok. Anytime the doctor had to answer questions she seemed annoyed with us for asking. After that appointment, we had to change our appointment cause I got called to military duty, again, 2 hours plus on the phone, changed it and 2 days before the appointment they call to reschedule but they only let the phone ring once, expecting us to call the call center back with that massive wait. The main reason this is getting 2 and not 1 stars is because the receptionist and nurses are SO NICE. We are looking somewhere else to go even if we have to drive more cause all this is just the tip of the iceberg."

He even called the night before the procedure to see if I had any last minute concerns and just to ease my mind. He is the most caring compassionate doctor.
