"I have a 2:15pm appointment with my oncologist, whom I think is a really good Doctor, however it is now 3:36pm, and I’m still waiting to be called back to a room that I will most lively have to wait even longer. Advent health has a poor system in place as this, is sadly the norm, the state of Florida needs better hospitals with good administration and happy staff. Makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes. 3:41pm still waiting to be called."

"This is the first time I have ever left a bad review on the internet but I feel seriously scammed by this place. I went in reporting persistent chest pain. They did not seem to care or take this seriously. They asked if I wanted to pay to get my blood pressure taken or be seen by someone. I said I wanted to be seen by someone. With insurance I was charged $105 dollars. The nurse took my blood pressure and did not ask me any questions of my symptoms. As soon as the blood pressure was taken she ushered me out while I was still telling her my symptoms. I felt rude asking the lady at the front desk if I couldn’t be tested for anything as I was having heart palpitations in that moment and she said I “got what I paid for”. The chest pain continues, I will have to go to a real urgent care tomorrow."

"Stay away from this place. I was denied a diagnostic ultrasound, regardless of a written order from my doctor, because I refused to sign a consent document that had nothing to do with the reason for my visit and it had me agreeing to situations and statements that did not yet occur. By denying my care, they are delaying my diagnosis that could place my health in jeopardy. But they didn't care and sent me away. BEWARE the little blank pad they will put in front of you to sign. It is representative of 6 pages of "consents" that you will be agreeing to thereby giving away many of your rights. It is unfortunate that good Advent doctors are being denied patients because "the rules" won't let you in. I love my doctor, but thinking I have to find new ones. If I continue with present Advent doctors and need in-patient care or other treatment, then I'd be stuck relying on Advent facilities and that's something I will NEVER do. You've been warned. Read that consent before you sign anything. Especially the part where they say they are not responsible for any error or injury caused to you by independent contractors that they have hired to do work for them. Not true! There are a number of circumstances where they can still be held liable. And they know it, but they expect dummies to blindly sign their blanket consent. Don't be a dummy!"

"I am sitting in their waiting room at the urgent care. I am running a very high fever and have the chills. They said they had an appointment for me , but they called everyone else in the waiting room and I am still waiting! Nothing here is urgent so I’m going to find a new urgent care! I have been sitting here for31/2 hours they told me it would be 2hours! This place is very poorly run!"
