"These are a family of total professionals. Dr. Ambinder Cares for his patients on a deeper level. I am pleased that he does not have the God complex that most doctors do!"

"Very disappointed! Went to this Dr based on reputation along with experience.Waited 1 hour and 50 minutes to see the Dr for maybe a 5 minute visit. All that was said was “Why are you here?” and “I need labs”. and kept repeating it. Never asked me how I was feeling or asked my medical history. No background given to him. Feel like my visit wasn’t taken seriously and he was in a rush to move on. I was told to do the in house lab and he will let me know where to go from there. Did lab and never saw him again. Lab tech told me results and when to return. He never said a word about being almost 2 hours later than my scheduled appt. My time is just as important as his. Communication with assistant who took me back was less than average. She didn’t explain their process as to why lab was needed at that time and took so long to input information. She also told Dr I refused to do labs and that was not the conversation I had with the assistant. Only positive in this was the lab tech. Very nice and quick. No need to respond to this as it will not change the experience. I hope your office takes this serious and makes some needed changes."

"Two visits in a row of over 2 hour wait after a scheduled appointment to see a doctor. If patients can't be seen in a timely manner, manage the schedule better or call patients to push them back. Sincerely unacceptable. The lab crew is awesome. The inside desk crew needs some serious work on being more professional. Updated: Dr. Ambinder does care about his patients and he acknowledges the excessive wait time to seeing patients. He goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. However something in the office needs to change. The staff sitting in the back can check in with patients to ensure them that they haven't been forgotten. Apologize for the wait. Acknowledge the fact that patients had appointment time and there has been a wait. And don't argue with or trash talk the doctor or coworkers in front of patients. Even if you are right, it does nothing to show that you are a team taking care of the patient. Take it outside or out of earshot."

"Everyone is very professional there. Lulu did the blood draw and there is not even a mark. She is excellent. I have had big bruises from going to a lab elsewhere for regular draws for my Dr. They get you in and out quickly and are very friendly. The PA and Dr. Are the best."
