"My first visit to CONVIVA Orange City was November 1, 2023 to see Dr. K. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted nicely by Ms. Penny. The waiting area was very clean, minimal noise and the space is adequate to give personal space when seated. Alicia, the MA was AMAZING! She actively listened to my concerns and engaged with me professionally and her humor was great. Dr. K was thorough, attentive as well, NOT DISMISSIVE. I noticed that there were no patients wandering the halls aimlessly on the contrary. Dr. K escorted me and my loved one to the next stage of my care and the same was done from department to department; it was done so smoothly I didn't realize how I got from one end of the hall to the next. Very pleasant experience, shout out to: Penny, Alicia, Isabel, Dr. K., Melina, Jeanette and Maria (from Humana) for the AMAZING care and for working diligently to get me started with CONVIVA it really could have been a life or death situation! "At the age of 65, today I had the absolute greatest medical experience thus far. From the moment I entered, the Front Desk Staff is AMAZING! The Triage Nurse, Ivy was professional, caring, patient and made me feel totally at ease, as well as being a Top Notch Phlebotomist. Dr. Bloom is everything I read about in her reviews and then some!!! The visit ended with a wonderful Referral Specialist named Zuly. I noticed she had won an award, and I can totally understand why! "This place is SO awesome!! I felt like I had a loving mom take care of me! I'm a brand-new patient and had a scary urgent matter come up 1 day before Hurricane Ian and told the receptionist and she said, I want you in here right away! When I got there not only did the NP check me, but my new PCP also came in to double check me!! They looked me over so closely and concern like a mom checking their child!
