"This was probably the first McDonalds I've ever been to where all of the employees look happy and are super friendly. Ms Rochelle has a beautiful smile and makes you feel welcome. Glad I decided to stop here for lunch today. Keep up the great work."
"So, I've been here a bunch. Usually they're ok. Lately, they've been getting worse. Today, they were just plain incompetent. I ordered a Spicy McCrispy. Nothing special, just a medium combo with a Dr. Pepper. I get to the window, and she asks "You had the Spicy Deluxe?" I replied with "No, just the Spicy McCrispy. I don't want the veggies." She took a minute at the register, then STILL rang me up for the Deluxe, and almost forgot to toss the change to charity. I ended up having to waste a bunch of lettuce and tomato simply because she was too lazy to fix the order quick. I don't like paying for something I didn't order, especially after I've taken the time to try to correct a misunderstanding. This location is going downhill fast."

"The manager with the fluttery eyelashes that looks like she can fly away at any moment if she blinks too hard is rude and has a major attitude. She says 0 words and gets mad if you ask for sauce or something that's not already in the bag."
"Breakfast order is always great, hot delicious food. After that it goes downhill. Ordered to go meal - two quarter pounders with cheese meals. Got it home - no cheese on burgers and half filled fries. Prices have gone up and the quality is not there. Would at least like what I’d paid for!"
