"Is important to highlight the great service you find at the restaurant however the food quality has continue to decline steadily over the years. Once known as the best ribs and fajitas in town, today chilli's quality is far below average. We still see it as a family place with great atmosphere and still take the kids for a molten chocolate lava once in a while."

"So upset with this Chili's. 20 years ago, had a bad experience. Finally gave it another chance. It was OK. Went back with our 3 children. Asked for a booth. Tried to seat us at the back emergency door. I said I don't want that one. Well it seems there were no other tables....we left and will NEVER go back this time! I understand there are certainly sections closed due to staffing. However when a customer tells you "No not there" at least try to accommodate! I DO NOT recommend this place. There are plenty of options in the area."

"Quiet for a weekday lunch, but the food was great. I had the quesadilla and loaded potato soup. The chips and salsa were delicious! Fresh and crispy, I definitely would go back just to eat more chips. The carne asada was also very good."

"Best place to ruin your family evening! A senior citizen in a black Puma tracksuit (nobody has a uniform) will rudely show you where you all will be seated. They will dump ice water on your guests, and throw the food on your table. Than a guy (calls himself manager) will come and tell you "Sorry about that, two (of 7) fajitas on the house"... That's a lie. Dirty utensils cramped in a paper (with a straw). There's no light over the table, we can't see what we are eating. It stinks in there and there is nobody around, when we needed help. If we wanted to be treated like garbage, we could go to Denny's. At the end, they charged us the full price. For the food that we couldn't even eat; we lost our appetite and the mood. Because of rudeness and unprofessional service. Food was average, their classic fajitas, burgers, etc. We used to love to go to Chili's. NOT CHILI'S IN BOCA RATON. If you are in a good mood, have guests with you, and want to enjoy your dinner? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"We visited this location for lunch since we'd be in the area while running errands. Plus, I had a gift card! When hubby and I arrived, we were seated immediately. Our server was at the table pretty quickly and took our drink orders so that we could peruse the menu. When she got back to the table with our drinks, we ordered chips and salsa as well as our meals. Hubby chose the Margarita Grilled Chicken and I chose the Queso Burger. The food came out quickly, and was piping hot! Everything tasted great! Our server checked on us throughout the meal, and was attentive but not intrusive. She was personable and friendly as well. Overall, this is a great location! The food is good, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I would visit again!"
