McDonald's

"I went thru the drive-thru at this mcdonald's the other day about 10:30 p m. I ordered a double big mac and a large diet coke. I drove straight home got my food out and my sandwich was cold. I took a bind out of it and it was horrible. Immediately pick up my cell phone and called the restaurant. The manager that answered the phone when I told her what was wrong. Act up like she could not hear me and hung up the phone on me. I called back and she hung up the phone on me again and told me that I was being rude for telling her that the food is bad. I asked you speak to the manager and charge. And she refused to tell me her name or put me in touch with that manager. She told me she was going to call the supervisor and ask me to hold on. I said I would and then she hung up the phone on me again. I called back again and she's proceeded to talk and tell me that she didn't care about what was wrong with my food and that I needed to call someone else. When I kept asking her what her name was. She then again kepsaying that she couldn't hear me. But someone standing next to her told her exactly what I said and said that the phone is working fine. My family has been in the McDonald's business since the 60s. And I have never experienced anything like this. My father work for the corporate offices in chicago and also was a franchise owner. So I do have a good understanding. How a mcdonald's should operate and how they should treat the customers. I would never go back to this mcdonald's again. This is the worst restaurant experience i've ever seen in my life."

"I have to give credit to the workers dealing with such a heavy load. This store being the only store that's open as late as it is deals with a lot of traffic so much so that the employee snapped at me then profusely apologized because of how little he gets paid to do this tenure of work. I literally recommended him looking into a job in my line of work because it's accessible as it's in car sales. At the end of the day it's simple: don't understaff your restaurants and add the burden of work to people who make $500 every two weeks."

"Quick bite after conference. Appreciated the offer of extra sandwich for additional dollar. Food was consistent with corporate policies. French fries were excellent."

"Lately McDonald’s locations don’t fit my needs . either it has a tiny dining room and never a seat or the latest removing the self serve beverage and the kiosk only ordering . I was looking for a old school location and when I saw the address was “1776” military trail I had a good feeling . Pulled up to a huge McDonald’s probably 100 seats .people at the register and full self serv beverage. Breakfast was good and exactly what I ordered hot and fresh .my new spot been back 3 times on point each time . You can see managers overseeing the operation and it shows in the speed and accuracy of the orders and the way the employees act"

"Went here on my visit to Florida and the purple haired boy twink serving me was literally so funny , i couldn’t stop laughing while ordering. He was like 17 or smth, wishing them the best."
