"I found this place to be the most unprofessional! I had to constantly call and finally went through a video intake with “someone”, and then gave my ins info, waited for calls back for an appointment and never received a call back When I did get through to make an appointment they gave me the first available when I was calling for grief counselling so I thought it was a grief counselor,….happy to finally have an apt I kept that appointment and when I hung up researched the counselor and they did not specialize in grief I called back another time and was told new patient advisor would call me and set up apt with me for a grief counselor and I waited almost two weeks for a call back and never received on AGAIN I called back today, was told I had an apt and didn’t take it and I explained I was waiting for someone to call for specific therapy apt and the “girl” got upset and rude with me on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor she said there is t one and then I asked to speak to a manager and she said they don’t have one, I asked for her name and she HUNG UP ON ME UNBELIEVABLE I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO TRY TO GO HERE AGAIN"

However, they were quick to take the money that my insurance didn’t cover. Prior to this situation I did have good experiences with 2 of my therapists."

"This "FOR PROFIT" has non sophisticated skills in difficult cases - They want the easy cases to BILL! They do not OFFER a QUALITY PRODUCT and their compliance officer is NON TRAUMA INFORMED. This establishment is lacking in PEER REVIEWED SERVICES! Columbia University CEO wants bank - not clinical wellness... She is wealthy from this place. I would NEVER recommend this place - Please stay far away from this place. I have done due diligence for my child to work with them and they do not have skill to offer healing and wellness. Not trauma informed and Not doing EVIDENCED based practice. Against NASW and CUSSW recommendations."
