"They run very behind even if you have an appointment. They don't offer the courtesy of letting a full waiting room know they are running behind. I asked a very rude staff member 3 times how far behind. She reluctantly answered over an hour. I had a 2:30 appt. Didn't get called till about 3:45. The phlebotomist was very nice and professional. Actually enjoyed the draws. Did about $7900 worth of tests. She stayed after closing to get all of my test drawn. Appears they have more of a corporate issue. Probably understaffed and over booking. Not a good mix."
