"I regret to recount a negative experience I had at a particular auto repair facility a month ago. Following an accident, I sought their services through a referral for commission work. Unfortunately, the pricing discussions were disconcerting, as they initially quoted $5,000 but later raised it to $9,000, including repairs I did not request. After negotiations, the final cost was reduced to $4,000, excluding the additional repairs I initially declined. Throughout the process, they insisted on replacing a fixable hood, which significantly contributed to the overall cost. To my dismay, the quality of their work was subpar. It is essential to caution others as they do not uphold professional standards. Additionally, the manager/owner exhibited disrespectful behavior. Furthermore, when we refused to pay out of pocket, they attempted to charge us for towing services, initially quoting $250 but demanding $320. This inconsistency in pricing and unprofessional conduct underscores the importance of avoiding this establishment."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is an unbiased , unpaid opinion. I went to Drivers Collision Center to fix my BMW , it had multiple bumps and scratches. They left it like NEW at the best price. They offer honest, high quality, and cost effective service. I would recommend them to anyone I know and love. Ask for Karel, he is incredible and really took great care of my car. Front desk girl is super sweet. This is just a great family business that you can actually trust. Thank you DCC!"
