"Diana Figueredo is trash. She messed up my vin number on my policy. I’ve had two suspensions because of her mistake. She is no help. I’ve had to reach out to others and possible have to reach out to a lawyer so that I can have this resolved. I’m a teacher and have been dealing with this since October. I’ve had to pay fines over her mistake. Hopefully this gets resolved sooner than later. I’ll be changing agents once that’s done."
