"I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother’s birthday yesterday, 2/22/2024 (spent $60 for a fresh arrangement to be delivered) — I arrived today, 2/23/2024, and this is what I found..the size of the arrangement alone was disappointing enough, but the wilted and brown flowers were over the top disgusting. Was going to call to complain, but I hate confrontation, so just posting my review instead…wow! ☹️"

"Wilted drooping roses and carnations from the ceramic fresh cut flowers while the hydrangea plant leaves and stems were decaying plus part of the flowers began wilting. The plant was supposed to be in a ceramic pot also, not a wicker basket. My son paid a lot of money to make my Mother's Day special to find out they sent dead flowers. No one answered the phone when trying to find out why these were delivered looking this bad."
